Welcome
Newly established in 2023, the Riviera Allotment Association Limited manages two small statutory allotment sites in Torquay, Devon. With just over 20 plots of varying sizes, you can take on what you feel you will be able to manage.
Our income comes from plot holder rents and members subscription fees. This income is used to run our sites and maintain and improve our facilities. Both sites rely solely on water harvesting, with some communal water collection facilities available.

Beechfield
The slightly larger of our two sites, Beechfield is situated on the boundary of The Willows and Barton.

The plots at Beechfield are quite generous, coupled with the challenge of water harvesting, these plots require substantial dedication.
Stantaway
Tucked away in Upton, Stantaway is a more rural feeling site and a wildlife haven.
​
There is no vehicular access to this site and the plots here are generally smaller and so easier to manage.
